A PlaidCloud service outage is currently ongoing. We are attempting to identify the source of the issue and get it corrected.

We are working with our infrastructure provider to get systems back operational. Initial indications point to a hardware or other physical infrastructure.

We will keep you updated as we know more and/or we have systems operational again.

We apologize for this inconvenience and will be examining the root cause of this issue for future architecture decisions. Our mission is to keep PlaidCloud highly available for analytics.
