PlaidCloud Outage Scheduled for Sunday 8:30am EST/7:30 CST

Last weekend we attempted to complete the 3rd and final phase of our network upgrade but ran into issues that required us to rollback and determine the root causes. Working with our infrastructure provider we identified the issues and have already migrated non-critical systems to ensure everything is working as expected.

The scheduled outage will enable us to move the remaining critical systems to the new networking. The networking improvements will provide much greater resiliency to allow maintenance and equipment failures without networking disruptions.

We appreciate your patience as we try to make PlaidCloud the best place in the world for conducting data transformation and analysis.
