Pricing FAQ
Is there a free trial?
Yes, and a permanent Free plan. The Free plan needs only email verification (no credit card), so you can create a workspace in minutes. The paid Starter and Team plans also offer a 7-day trial. Or book a demo and our team will set you up with a trial workspace on your own data.
Do I need a credit card to start?
Not for the Free plan. Just verify your email and your workspace is created. A card is only needed for paid plans (and to start a Starter or Team trial that converts automatically).
Are there per-user license fees?
No per-user fees. Each plan includes a set number of builders plus unlimited viewers; Enterprise builders are unlimited too.
What counts as a "builder" vs a "viewer"?
Builders create models, workflows, dashboards and apps. Viewers consume the results read-only (finance and ops stakeholders, executives, and so on), and every plan includes unlimited viewers.
Are there additional charges for compute or usage?
No. All compute is included in the platform fee. There are no per-query, per-run, or other usage-based charges. We keep it simple: you are only billed the platform fee plus any data overage beyond the amount included in your plan.
What happens if we exceed our data allowance?
We will reach out before any disruption. Storage overage is billed at $75/TB on Starter and Team, and reserved capacity is available on Business and Enterprise plans.
